Passion Paper ~ Unique Handmade Wedding Invitations, Beach Wedding Invitations, Custom Wedding Invitations, Tropical Wedding Invitations

All our invitations are custom made for you and are highly detailed whether they are from the portfolio section or creating a new artwork. After you approve your designs, we require 4-6 weeks to print and produce your invitations for you.

Please note: We are accepting already for events in 2012. January, Feb and March are one of our busiest months.

Order Form Process

1) Fill out and submit this form as best you can
2) A $100 creative startup fee will be charged to your payment of choice. This fee will be applied to your final cost
3) An order confirmation stating order, details, wording, schedule, estimated cost and shipping details will be sent to you. Please reply back on any corrections or if approved, let us know
4) We create your designs and send you a link to proof online (2 design proofs are included in the cost (1 revision only). View our Client List
5) You approve via email
6) Remaining cost to be charged to you before we do production
7) Waiting time for you. We're in print and production mode. Usually 5 weeks print and production time after you approve your designs
8) Invitations and ensembles are shipped to you

Custom Design Timeframe

Please allow up to 6 months to research, design and produce your custom design/ from scratch invitation.

Ready Made Invitations from our Portfolio Timeframe

5-6 weeks (about a little more than a month) to print, customize, cut, and assemble all your invitations by hand

Rush Order Timeframe

Rush fee is 20-35% surcharge of subtotal. Rush is considered 3 weeks or less, but depends on invitation, quantity, and paper availability.

RUSH orders require full amount paid prior to creating design due to placing you in the top of our client list and purchasing all materials.

Shipping Time Frame

UPS or USPS, Fed Ex International
- Overnight - 1-2 days for USPS Express Mailing
- 2-3 Days for USPS Priority Mail
- up to 8 days for UPS Ground - note: some of our packages can not be shipped ground.

We ship throughout United States and International.

Destination brides also opt to send their invitations 6 months prior to their wedding date so guests have enough time to reserve their hotels and flight details.
Or, send your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your event. Send your save the dates, 6 months prior to your event.
